Since 2015, Marlana has been a dedicated full-time missionary with Global Ventures. After spending 14 years in Latin America, where she was involved with two remarkable ministries, she joined GV. During her time in Latin America, Marlana taught at Bible schools, helped churches develop evangelism programs, started and nurtured children’s ministry projects, and led short-term mission trips. Though transitioning to GV was challenging—leaving behind cherished relationships and work—she trusted that God had a plan.

Her extensive international experience and training facilitated a smooth transition to GV, where she has been instrumental in various roles. Since joining, Marlana has managed the flight department and, as of January 2017, has also served as the Director of the Mission Trips Department. Leading these departments has been a rewarding experience, allowing her to play a crucial role in sending team members to vital mission fields.

In 2016, Marlana married Dave, the love of her life. Together, they have expanded their family with a son, Bryson, and a daughter, Kaelyn. Even at a young age, both children have traveled with their parents and actively participated in spreading the Gospel.
