Required Documents for Global Ventures Mission Trips
This page is very important.
Please thoroughly follow all instructions below. Listed are the required documents you need to send to us to come on a Global Ventures Trip. We must receive your documents by the posted forms deadline, or a late fee of $100 will be applied.
Step 1
Complete Your Application
We are excited to have you come out on a missions trip with us! Make sure to submit your app as soon as possible to be registered. International applicants may be asked additional questions.
Step 2
Complete Blue Forms
It is necessary for us to know your background and medical information, as it may be needed during your trip. These documents are now online forms and do not have to be mailed. For the best experience, use a desktop computer to complete your blue forms. Mobile browsers may cause navigation or formatting issues.
Step 3
Ask Your Pastor for a Recommendation
This must be filled out and sent in by your Pastor. Please share this weblink with them:
globalventures.tv/recommendation
If you do not have a close relationship with your Pastor, please ask a church leader who knows you well to complete the form.
Step 4
Send Us a Copy of Your Passport
We need a color copy of your passport picture page in the event your passport is lost while in country. Please be sure that when you scan it the picture is clear and all text is legible.
Step 5
Two Passport Photos for Visas (may not apply)
Some countries we travel to require visas for entry. A Mission Coach will notify you if visa pictures are required for the trip that you have applied for.
Printed Forms Submissions
