Immediately following the evangelism week, Global Ventures hosts a comprehensive seminar and provides invaluable training and resources, including the New Believers Lesson Series (NBLS), empowering the church leaders to take the steps to effectively disciple new believers.
Using a hands-on training approach through relationally based in-person visits, pastors and church leaders receive guidance as they utilize the NBLS curriculum to engage new believers, fostering their growth and maturity in faith. We also mobilize them to actively engage in ongoing evangelism within their communities, ensuring the Gospel continues to go forth long after Global Ventures‘ departure.

Discipleship Strategy
New Believers Lesson Series
The New Believers Lesson Series is a powerful 32-week curriculum specifically written by Global Ventures for teaching in the 10/40 Window. The NBLS establishes ongoing discipleship, evangelism, and church growth. Since it’s official release in 2017, the NBLS has been translated into 10 languages and has already impacted multiple nations where we are continuing to receive reports highlighting the long-term impact.
One Hope Illustrated Gospel Booklets
After presenting the Gospel in schools and various outreaches, we distribute illustrated Gospel booklets from One Hope as a follow-up tool to those that have received Christ. To date, hundreds of thousands have been distributed in numerous parts of the world through Global Ventures projects. Based on One Hope’s research, for every book distributed, 4 people on average read them
Workshops and Conferences
Global Ventures conducts workshops and conferences that provide hands-on training and materials to help equip churches on how to minister to children. Churches are also given the tools necessary to create bible lessons for children. A tailor-made curriculum is being developed for unreached areas that don’t necessarily have resources. The goal is to translate this curriculum into multiple languages and distribute it to churches in need.
CHURCH PLANTING
Planting churches in the darkest areas of the world is a vital part of seeing the long-term impact in regions without the Gospel. As a result of this targeted discipleship strategy, Global Ventures has planted 43 churches mainly in Thailand and India, and one in Albania. These churches were started on the tail end of evangelism projects in areas where there were few or even no churches at all.

Global Ventures strategic Harvest Plans systematically evangelize through Mass Crusades followed by planting churches in unreached areas of the world.
Through assessing the specific needs of regions, Global Ventures conducts evangelism projects, trains leaders, establishes discipleship strategies, and launches new churches. This creates a full circle Harvest Plan.
The long-term vision of the Harvest Plans is for every existing church to plant an additional church every 2-3 years, continuing the cycle of reaching and raising up new believers. We want to see nationwide transformation, aiming to establish over 100 mother churches.
We strongly believe that our vision of seeing 1 billion souls come to Christ is possible when the body of Christ works together. It is our mission to make sure the Gospel reaches those who have never heard.
