Timothy Hooten
Tim was first introduced to Global Ventures in 2015 when John Smithwick ministered at his home church Word Of Life in Wichita, Kansas. Later that year he went on his first missions trip with Global Ventures to the nation of Nepal where his life was fundamentally changed after experiencing sharing the Gospel with the unreached, both in one on one settings and at mass crusade festivals. Tim went on to join the CORE Program in August of 2016, moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated from the 3-year internship in 2019.
Since 2015, Timothy has been Part of 16 GV Missions Projects in 11 Countries

Role at GV & Ministry Plans
Tim is now a GV Missionary and is on Staff in the Creative Department as the Audio and I.T. Engineer for the ministry. His heart is to continuously pursue those that have never had the chance to hear the Gospel and share God’s love with them.
In 2025 Tim will be involved with missions’ projects in Thailand, Chile and Peru during the summer and The Philippines in the fall. He is also raising funds to hosting a crusade festival.
