We are excited to have you join us on a Global Ventures trip! You are a valuable part in helping reach precious people with God’s love.
In order to keep you informed and ready for your trip, we will be communicating mainly through text, but we will occasionally send important emails.
We want to make this process easy for you and our team is ready to help every step of the way!
4 steps to take
Our Global Ventures app is a great way to see trip details, access team portal, and so much more! Look for Global Ventures in your app store today!
One of the best ways to raise funds is to send letters to friends and family and anyone you know. Also, share on social media about your trip and use the graphics we’ve provided in the Fundraising Kit.
Email or Text a color copy of your Passport Picture Page (One-time only). This document is due right away. If you don’t currently have a valid passport, please contact our office as soon as possible.
- Yearly submit Blue Forms (Medical History), Pastor’s Recommendation (One-time only), and Visa Pictures (if required).
- Vaccines are not required for a Global Ventures trip, but Tetanus and Typhoid are highly recommended.
- If a country requires a COVID-19 vaccine for entry, we will find an alternate ministry option for the team.
Forms are due March 1st for Summer Trips and August 1st for Fall Trips.
There is a $100 penalty if forms are not turned in by the appointed deadline.
We will mail ministry scripts (“nets”) to you a few months before the trip. Everyone will take part in preaching the Gospel and praying for people. We ask you to memorize the script before the trip, so you are ready right from the start.
GV Portal serves as a resource for you to find necessary forms, fundraisers, trip deadlines, as well as training resources, and packing lists customized for your trip.
