Dave Young
Since his first mission trip as a teenager, Dave felt a calling he couldn’t escape — to take the hope of Jesus to those who’ve never heard. After a Global Ventures missions trip in 2007, he knew he had stepped into that calling. Nearly 20 years later, and now 12 years on staff, Dave serves as International Coordination Director, empowering and mobilizing teams to strategically plan large-scale projects that bring God’s love to the farthest corners of the earth — where entire communities have yet to hear the name of Jesus.
Dave and his wife, Marlana, who serves as GV’s Mission Trips Director, live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with their two children, Bryson and Kaelyn. One of their greatest joys is serving together as a family on GV mission trips.

He teaches in Bible schools and churches, and coordinates evangelism projects across Thailand. Bob has also planted and pastored churches and currently oversees several congregations. He also His heart is to impart vision and empower local leaders to reach their people with the Gospel.

This campus includes the Legacy Learning Center, where at-risk girls receive vocational training, and Angie’s House, providing care for orphans and seniors. Rick also oversees the School of the Harvesters, which trains evangelists to reach local communities and cross-border regions including China, India, Bangladesh, Laos, and Thailand.
He directs Jehovah Jireh Farms, producing rice and other crops to feed orphans, support market sales, and fund evangelistic efforts. Rick also leads Harvest Churches across Myanmar, establishing life-giving congregations with a strong focus on missions and church planting.
